Product Use

Product Structure
The general-purpose fabric conveyor belt is made of multi-ply rubberized nylon (NN) canvas, polyester (EP) canvas, or cotton (CC) canvas as the skeleton material, covered with a coating of rubber with different properties, and manufactured through calendering, molding, vulcanization, and other processes.

Product Features
Nylon (NN) conveyor belt has the advantages of light belt body, good elasticity, high strength, impact resistance and grooving. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance, large volume and high speed.

The polyester (EP) conveyor belt offers advantages such as a high initial modulus, good thermal stability, a suitable belt body size, high strength, low elongation, and excellent impact resistance. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance, large volume and high speeds.
