Sidewalls measuring 120mm and above come standard with special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations, providing superior durability. Smaller sidewalls can also be equipped with this feature to meet specific requirements.
The pulley diameter mentioned applies to ordinary-grade rubber and standard coating thickness. For specialized rubber grades or varying strength needs, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. Please contact us to discuss specific specifications tailored to your needs.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design is meticulously engineered to deliver peak performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity while ensuring superior self-cleaning capabilities. Manufactured through a precise molding process, these cleats are crafted from specially developed rubber compounds, offering outstanding stiffness and robust impact resistance. They maintain their form even under the stress of high-density materials. The innovative rubber formula is designed to enhance rigidity and impact resistance, effectively preventing deformation from prolonged stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are generally recommended. For angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are preferred. Precise adjustment of cleat spacing should account for alignment with sidewall wave crests. Our side-bolt fastening system, compatible with various cleat types, securely prevents material leakage and eliminates dead-end accumulation by ensuring tight sealing.
