Our sidewalls starting from 120mm and beyond incorporate specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature, yet for smaller sidewalls, this enhanced feature remains available upon request.
The pulley diameter specified is based on standard grade and normal coating rubber thickness. For variations in special-grade coating rubber and strength, increased pulley diameters might be necessary. We recommend consulting for precise specifications to meet your specific needs.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design stands as a testament to optimal performance. Both C-type and TC-type cleats are engineered to maximize conveying capacity while ensuring superior self-cleaning functionality. Through a meticulous molding process, our cleats, made from specially formulated rubber, exhibit remarkable stiffness and exceptional impact resistance, maintaining their form and functionality even under the pressure of high-density materials. This unique rubber composition is not only designed to fortify stiffness but also significantly boosts impact resistance, preventing deformation due to extended stress exposure.
In situations where the conveying angle is below 40 degrees, T-type cleats are generally preferred. For angles exceeding 40 degrees, the recommendation shifts to C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats. The precise adjustment of cleat spacing is crucial for alignment with the sidewall wave crest, and our side bolt fastening solutions, tailored to various cleat types, effectively avert material leakage and the resultant accumulation at unloading points.
