SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

GRAND RUBBER sidewalls showcase the pinnacle of design ingenuity and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. They ensure optimal flexing without fatigue, providing excellent vertical stability for load retention and support on the return side. The design allows for significant compression, promoting smooth inner deflection around small radii.

A noteworthy design feature is the ability to press the sidewalls from both sides when applied to the base belt, ensuring superior bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion enhances tear resistance and allows for greater sidewall flexibility. The rubber compounds used are rigorously tested to deliver maximum flexibility, along with superior abrasion resistance and high tensile strength, offering additional durability as needed.
For sidewalls of 120mm and above, we incorporate special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations by default, while smaller sidewalls can also feature this reinforcement upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

The cleat design is optimized for peak performance. Our C-type and TC-type cleats are engineered to maximize conveying capacity and offer excellent self-cleaning capabilities. The cleats are crafted through a meticulous molding process with specially formulated rubber materials, ensuring considerable stiffness and robust impact resistance. They maintain form, even when transporting high-density materials. The unique rubber formula enhances stiffness and impact resistance, safeguarding the cleats from deformation under prolonged stress.
 

When you need to transport materials efficiently, the choice of cleat type is crucial based on the conveying angle. For angles less than 40 degrees, our T type cleat is recommended for optimal performance. However, when dealing with angles greater than 40 degrees, consider our C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats. Each is engineered to enhance stability and efficiency in steep angle conveying.

Fine-tuning the cleat distance is essential for seamless operation. Pay attention to the alignment with the sidewall wave crest and the side bolt, ensuring everything is in perfect sync.
