For our sidewalls of 120mm and above, a distinctive diagonal fabric reinforcement is standard within the corrugations, while smaller sidewalls can be tailored with this feature to meet specific requirements.
The specified pulley diameter is applicable to the standard grade with typical coating rubber thickness. For instances requiring a higher-grade rubber coating and different strength specifications, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. Kindly consult for precise specifications tailored to your requirements.
Cleat Range
The cleat's design is meticulously crafted to ensure peak performance. Both C-type and TC-type cleats are engineered to maximize conveying capacity while offering excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Produced through a sophisticated molding process, these cleats, composed of specially formulated rubber materials, exhibit remarkable stiffness and robust impact resistance. Even under high-density material loads, deformation is minimized. The cleat's unique rubber formulation is tailored for rigidity while bolstering impact resistance, thereby preventing deformation from prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, the cleat is typically T type; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, the cleat is generally C type, TC type, or TCS type. Adjusting the cleat distance precisely requires alignment with the sidewall wave crest, and the side bolt fastening mechanism, compatible with various cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage from gaps between cleats, avoiding accumulation at dead ends.
