SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

These sidewalls provide unparalleled bond strengths and security, thanks to a unique design that allows pressing from both sides when applied to the base belt. The incorporation of diagonal fabric offers stellar tear resistance and flexibility.
Our larger sidewalls, 120mm and above, come with standard diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations, enhancing their robustness. This feature can be adapted for smaller sidewalls upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleats are meticulously crafted for optimal performance. The C-type and TC-type designs deliver maximum conveying capacity and excellent self-cleaning attributes. Molded using specially developed rubber, they feature significant stiffness and strong impact resistance, ensuring they withstand high-density materials without deformation. This unique formulation not only bolsters cleat stiffness but also enhances their resilience to prevent deformation under prolonged stress.
 

When the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, the cleat design typically utilized is the T type, which offers excellent performance for moderate inclines. However, when the conveying angle exceeds 40 degrees, more advanced cleat designs such as the C type, TC type, or the highly effective TCS type come into play, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability for steep incline applications.

For the fine adjustment of cleat distance, it is crucial to meticulously consider the alignment with the sidewall wave crest to ensure seamless operation. Additionally, the side bolt configuration plays a pivotal role in maintaining structural integrity and operational efficiency, demanding precise calibration for optimal performance.
