Cleat Range

For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, the cleat is typically of the T type; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, the cleat configuration is generally C type, TC type, or TCS type. Precise adjustments to cleat distance must consider alignment with the sidewall wave crest. The side bolt fastening system, compatible with various cleat types, ensures that materials do not escape through gaps, thereby preventing accumulation and potential obstructions.
