SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION
GRAND RUBBER sidewalls boast cutting-edge design and manufacturing prowess. The sidewall's ingenuity allows optimal flexing without fatigue, enhancing vertical stability for impeccable load containment and return support.
The innovative design permits sidewalls to endure compression flexibly, ensuring smooth deflection around tight radii. Notably, sidewalls are firmly pressed from both sides onto the base belt, delivering superior bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion enhances tear resistance, allowing more flexible sidewall movement. The rubber compounds are meticulously tested to ensure maximum flexibility, coupled with high abrasion resistance and tensile strength, offering additional protection wherever required.
Our 120mm and larger sidewalls incorporate standard diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations. This feature can be extended to smaller sidewalls upon request for enhanced performance.
CLEAT SPECIFICATION
The cleat's expertly engineered design assures peak performance. Our C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity, featuring superior self-cleaning properties. Manufactured through precision molding, the cleats are crafted from specially developed rubber materials, yielding impressive stiffness and impact resistance. They maintain form even under the duress of high-density material conveyance. The cleat's unique rubber formulation bolsters stiffness and impact resilience, safeguarding against deformation from prolonged stress.
When the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, we recommend the robust and reliable T type cleat for optimal performance. However, when the angle surpasses 40 degrees, our versatile options include the C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats, designed to ensure superior efficiency and strength under demanding conditions.
For precise and tailored operation, it is crucial to make fine adjustments to the cleat distance. This must be done with careful consideration of its alignment with the sidewall wave crest and the positioning of the side bolt, ensuring a seamless and efficient conveyor belt system.
