SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

GRAND RUBBER sidewalls embody cutting-edge design principles and advanced manufacturing techniques. They are engineered for optimal flexing with minimal fatigue, offering vertical stability for load retention and efficient support during the return process. The design is crafted to facilitate high compression, ensuring smooth inner deflection around small radii.

A key feature is the capability to press sidewalls from both sides during application, enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion provides superior tear resistance while maintaining flexibility. Our rubber compounds undergo rigorous testing to deliver maximum flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, catering to specific operational needs.
For sidewalls 120mm and above, we incorporate special diagonal fabric reinforcement, a feature also available for smaller sidewalls upon request for enhanced performance.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our meticulously designed cleats promise exceptional performance. Both C-type and TC-type cleats are engineered to deliver maximum conveying capacity with excellent self-cleaning properties. Produced using cutting-edge molding processes and specially developed rubber materials, our cleats boast substantial stiffness and impact resistance. They maintain form even under the strain of high-density materials. Our unique rubber formulation ensures rigidity while enhancing impact resistance, preventing deformation from prolonged stress.
 

For conveying angles below 40 degrees, we recommend the robust T-type cleat for optimal performance. However, when the conveying angle exceeds 40 degrees, switch to the reliable C-type, TC type, or the advanced TCS type cleats to ensure seamless, efficient, and secure material handling.

Achieving precise cleat distance adjustment requires careful calibration in relation to the sidewall wave crest and the side bolt. This meticulous consideration ensures a perfect synergy between the cleats and the sidewall, maximizing the efficiency and safety of your conveyor system.
