Capable of handling lump sizes ranging from powdery, floury materials to robust materials up to 400 mm (16"), these belts deliver an outstanding conveying capacity of up to 6000 m3/h. Thanks to their advanced design, materials can be seamlessly transported across vertical lifts exceeding 500 m (1,640'). Each Grand Rubber conveyor belt is crafted with high abrasion-resistant black rubber, ensuring durability and performance.

SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

The GRAND RUBBER sidewalls represent the epitome of advanced design and exceptional craftsmanship. These sidewalls are meticulously crafted to compress efficiently, allowing smooth inner deflection over sharp curves.

Key features include sidewalls that can be pressed from both sides when attached to the base belt, significantly enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric inserts provide exceptional tear resistance and flexibility, facilitating easy flexing. Our rubber compounds undergo rigorous testing to deliver maximum flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, providing robust resistance where it is most needed.
Standard for sidewalls of 120mm and above includes special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations. Smaller sidewalls can also be fabricated with this feature upon request, ensuring tailored solutions for every need.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design is crafted for peak performance, with C-type and TC-type configurations designed to maximize conveying capacity and self-cleaning efficiency. Through a precise molding process and specialized rubber formula, our cleats boast high stiffness and impact resistance.
