By using temperature:
Grade 1: T1, expertly designed to endure test temperatures not exceeding 100 ºC.
Grade 2: T2, skillfully crafted to withstand test temperatures up to 125 ºC.
Grade 3: T3, engineered to tolerate test temperatures of a maximum of 150 ºC.
Grade 4: T4, meticulously built to withstand test temperatures of up to 180 ºC.
Grade 5: T5, proficiently constructed to endure test temperatures as high as 250 ºC.
Grade 6: T6, masterfully designed to withstand extreme test temperatures reaching up to 400 ºC.
Product Features
The GRAND RUBBER heat resistant belt boasts a robust core made from EP fabric, known for its high modulus and minimal shrinkage. Its cover compound is a sophisticated blend of modified SBR or EPDM, offering exceptional thermal stability. This design enables the belt to effectively transport hot materials with surface temperatures between 100 - 400ºC across various industries, including steel plants, cement, and coke glass plants.
