For our sidewalls measuring 120mm and above, we incorporate special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature, with the option to apply this enhancement to smaller sidewalls upon request.
Please note, the specified pulley diameter is constrained to the ordinary grade paired with the standard coating rubber thickness. Should there be variations in the special grade of coating rubber and strength, a larger pulley diameter might be imperative. Kindly consult us for detailed specifications tailored to your needs.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design is engineered to deliver superior performance. The innovative C-type and TC-type cleat designs promise maximum conveying capacity while maintaining excellent self-cleaning characteristics. Manufactured using an advanced molding process and specially formulated rubber materials, our cleats exhibit robust stiffness and remarkable impact resistance, retaining their shape even when handling high-density materials. The distinct rubber composition of the cleat is crafted to maintain rigidity while significantly boosting impact resistance, ensuring long-term durability and preventing deformation under continuous stress.
When the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically employed; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are generally used. It's vital to finely adjust cleat spacing in harmony with the sidewall wave crest. The accompanying side bolt fastening device for various cleat types effectively prevents material leakage from gaps between cleats, consequently avoiding the build-up of material at unloading points.
