Production Process

Rubber Conveyor Belts Production Process

1. Mixing: The initial step involves mixing the rubber.


2. Calendaring: This process completes fabric coating, cover sheeting, and bonding of the belt carcass and covering sheet.


3. Laminating: Neatly adhering multiple layers of the belt together longitudinally to create a belt blank.


4. Vulcanising: An essential procedure in rubber conveyor belt manufacturing.


5. Inspecting/Packing: Final testing before delivery.
