The rubber conveyor belt integrates a robust rubber cover with a fabric canvas foundation. Tailored to diverse working conditions, it features varying rubber cover thicknesses and fabric canvas layers, predominantly using EP polyester canvas, interwoven with meridian terylene and latitudinal polyamide fiber. This sophisticated combination offers the advantages of minimal tensile, stable dimensions, excellent elasticity, shock resistance, mold resistance, heat endurance, and superior adhesive strength. It is exceptionally suitable for transporting materials over medium to long distances, accommodating heavy loads at impressive speeds.
The rubber cover material is meticulously selected based on the operational requirements. For demanding workloads, higher tension strength of the overall thickness is critical. When dealing with rough and hard substances, a highly abrasive rubber cover is necessary. Oil-resistant conveyor belts are specifically engineered for the transportation of oily materials. In high-temperature environments, a heat-resistant rubber cover is essential as the working surface.
