Main Technical Parameters
The cleat design ensures superior performance, offering you C-type and TC-type cleats, which deliver unparalleled conveying capacity coupled with outstanding self-cleaning properties. These cleats are expertly crafted through an advanced molding process and are formulated with specially engineered rubber materials, endowing them with exceptional stiffness and robust impact resistance. This innovative design effectively prevents deformation, even when transporting high-density materials.
The exclusive rubber composition further enhances the cleats' rigidity and impact resistance, ensuring they maintain their form over prolonged use without degradation.
For conveying angles of less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically employed; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are predominantly chosen. The spacing between cleats should be meticulously fine-tuned to align harmoniously with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, guaranteeing peak operational efficiency.
