Our sidewalls, particularly those measuring 120mm and above, are fortified with a unique diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature. For smaller sidewalls, this reinforcement can also be incorporated upon request.
The recommended pulley diameter is based on the ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. For special grades with different coating rubber properties and strength, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. Please consult us for detailed specifications.
Cleat Range
Expertly designed, our cleats are engineered for peak performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity while ensuring excellent self-cleaning attributes. Crafted through a precise molding process, and composed of specially developed rubber materials, these cleats boast high stiffness and formidable impact resistance, remaining undeformed even under heavy loads. The cleat's unique rubber formulation is intended to maintain rigidity, bolstering impact resistance to prevent deformation under prolonged stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, the T-type cleat is generally employed. When angles surpass 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are recommended. Careful adjustment of cleat spacing is essential, taking into account its alignment with the crests of the sidewalls. A corresponding side bolt fastening device tailored to various cleat types is crucial to prevent material leakage through gaps, which could lead to problematic accumulations.
