Sidewall Specification

Their unique design allows for high compression, facilitating smooth inner deflection even around small radii.
A standout feature of our sidewalls is the ability to apply pressure from both sides, enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion provides superior tear resistance and increased flexibility. Our rubber compounds undergo rigorous testing to ensure maximum flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, providing enhanced durability and performance.
Our sidewall types of 120mm and above come standard with special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations, while smaller sidewalls can be customized with this feature as needed.
Cleat Specification
Our cleat design promises exceptional performance. The innovative C-type and TC-type cleat designs offer maximum conveying capacity and superior self-cleaning capabilities. Produced through a molding process, the specially developed rubber materials ensure the cleats have significant stiffness and robust impact resistance, maintaining form even under high-density material loads. This unique rubber formula is engineered for rigidity and enhanced impact resistance, preventing deformation due to prolonged stress.
For optimal performance and efficiency, when the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, the preferred cleat is the T type, offering a reliable and smooth operation. For angles exceeding 40 degrees, enhance your system's capability by choosing from the C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats, designed to handle steeper inclines with ease.
To ensure precise operation and seamless material handling, it is crucial to finely adjust the cleat distance. This adjustment must harmonize with the sidewall wave crest and the side bolt, ensuring a perfect synchronization that maximizes durability and performance.
