There are two types based on edge glue: moulded edge belt and cut edge belt. The belt can be classified according to the framework material as Nylon (NN) canvas core conveyor belt (NN belt) and Polyester (EP) canvas core conveyor belt (EP belt).
Widely used in industries such as coal, mining, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, casting, building materials, and cement. Ideal for high-speed transportation of non-corrosive block, granular, powder materials, bulk materials, or finished articles.
Constructed with high-quality synthetic nylon fibers, the NN conveyor belt boasts exceptional abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and fatigue resistance. Ideal for medium to long-distance, heavy loading, and high-speed material conveying.
The EP conveyor belt, made with polyester and nylon fibers, features low elongation, heat resistance, and excellent trough ability. Suitable for medium to long-distance, heavy-duty material transportation.
A traditional conveyor belt woven with cotton fibers, the CC conveyor belt offers low elongation, mechanical fastening, and resistance to high temperatures. Perfect for short-distance, light-duty material conveying.
