(1) High-Resilience Rubber
Equipped with a durable 15–25 mm thick natural rubber/SBR rubber lagging layer, effectively absorbing up to 70% of impact force. This significantly reduces belt damage and improves conveyor system protection.

(2) Reinforced Core Structure
Manufactured using heavy-duty Q235B steel tubes and dynamically balanced for stable operation. Designed to support loads up to 6 tons, ensuring outstanding strength and reliability under heavy-duty conditions.

(3) Sealed Bearing System
Featuring triple-lip contact seals and large-capacity grease chambers to ensure smooth, continuous rotation, even in dusty, humid, or wet working environments.

(4) Anti-Corrosion Protection
Available with zinc-aluminum alloy coating or vulcanized rubber covering, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, wear, and environmental damage for extended service life.
