FKM RUBBER SHEET 

1. Conventional commercial grade 6mpaFKM, generally used in developing countries, the performance is 6mpa, -20°C-215°C,180% stretching rate, 75+-5 hardness, compression deformation 55%, this product can be used as a substitute in general places, for ordinary gaskets, oil seals, ordinary high-temperature oils can be used. The rubber content is about 60%.

2. Commercial grade 9mpa FKM, performance is 9mpa, -20°C-230°C, 180% elongation, 75+-5 hardness, compression deformation 45%, the difference from 6mpa is the different compression deformation value. For some developed countries with high requirements, the best choice is this product, because compression deformation is a very important factor in the sealed use environment, and it also has advantages in temperature resistance. The  rubber content is about 60%.

3. Pure FKM product, performance is 10mpa, -20ºC-250ºC, 220% elongation, 75+-5 hardness, compression deformation 35%, this product can be used in any place where rubber sheet can be used, as long as the temperature is within 250 degrees. The rubber content is about 30%.

4. Peroxide FKM, different curing system. Fluororubber cured with peroxide is more acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and heat-resistant than the above three types. It is more durable and is also a relatively expensive product. The difference of this product is that it can be used in hot water and steam resistance scenes. The performance is 14mpa, -20ºC-250ºC, 280% elongation, 75+-5 hardness, compression deformation 35%.

Application

Generally used for dynamic oil seals, it has strong stability for liquids such as fuel oil, solvents, concentrated acids ( high-concentration, and the key is high temperature resistance, such as various rings, gaskets, integral oil tank seals, sealing rings, sensor materials, diaphragms, special equipment sealing strips, diaphragms of energy storage all-vanadium liquid flow batteries, etc.
