SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

GRAND RUBBER sidewalls showcase cutting-edge design principles and modern manufacturing techniques. Our sidewalls ensure optimal flexing without fatigue, with a profile that provides exceptional vertical stability for load retention and robust return side support.

Our design enables high compression and ensures smooth deflection around tight radii. Notably, the sidewalls can be pressed from both sides for enhanced bond strength and security. The inclusion of diagonal fabric yields excellent tear resistance and facilitates easy flexing. Our rigorously tested rubber compounds guarantee maximum flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, offering additional protection as required.
Sidewalls of 120mm and above feature specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement in corrugations as a standard, and this can be applied to smaller sidewalls upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design is crafted for superior performance. C-type and TC-type cleats optimize conveying capacity and exhibit excellent self-cleaning capabilities. The cleats are produced using advanced molding techniques, incorporating specially formulated rubber that imparts exceptional stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring they remain resilient under heavy loads without deforming. The unique rubber formulation enhances cleat stiffness and impact resistance, safeguarding against deformation from prolonged stress.
 

For conveying inclines of less than 40 degrees, the cleat typically adopts the reliable T type design. However, when the angle surpasses 40 degrees, a more robust design is required, leading to the use of C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats, ensuring enhanced performance and durability for industrial applications.

Achieving the perfect assembly involves the meticulous fine-tuning of the cleat distance, which should be harmoniously aligned with the sidewall wave crest. Additionally, it is crucial to consider the placement of the side bolt to ensure optimal structural integrity and efficiency during operation.
