2. Calendaring: This step completes fabric coating, cover sheeting, and bonding of the belt carcass and covering sheet.


3. Laminating: Multiple layers of the belt are neatly adhered together longitudinally, with edge rubber on both sides and covering rubber on the top and bottom to create a belt blank.


4. Vulcanising: Rubber vulcanization is a crucial procedure in the manufacturing process, ensuring the durability and quality of the conveyor belts.
