That carcass material for this product is of EP fabric with covers of specially compounded styrene - butadience rubber (SBR) or chlorophyll rubber that has good heat resistance, and is suitable for conveying materials up to 150 deg.C., although for fine materials as used in metallurgy, cement production etc., this would be somewhat less.

Product Features

The strength material of our heat resistant belt is EP fabric of high modulus and low shrinkage. The cover compound consists of modified
SBR or EPDM. These make the belt have good thermal stability, that can be used widely to carry hot materials with surface temperature of
100-220ºC in steel plants, cement, coke glass plants and other industries.
