Production Process

1. Mixing: The rubber is mixed to begin the production process.


2. Calendaring: This step completes fabric coating, cover sheeting, and bonding of the belt carcass and covering sheet.


3. Laminating: Neatly adhering multiple layers of the belt together longitudinally to create a belt blank.


4. Vulcanising: A crucial procedure in rubber conveyor belt processing and the final step in manufacturing.


5. Inspecting/Packing: Testing before delivery to ensure quality.
