PRODUCT USE

The sidewall conveyor belts are designed for horizontal, steep inclined and vertical handling of all kinds of bulk materials from coarse-size coal and ore, rock, coarse sand or fertilizers,etc. Lump sizes varying from powdery, floury material up to material with material size 400 mm (16"). Its remarkable conveying capacity can reach up to an impressive 6000 m3/h, materials can be carried over 500 m (1,640') in vertical lift. Grand Rubber conveyor belts are supplied in standard black rubber quality of high abrasion resistance.

In addition, other qualities such as heat and oil resistant or flame retardant rubber can be supplied.

The use of diagonal fabric inserts ensures superb tear resistance and flexibility, allowing effortless flexing. Our rubber compounds undergo rigorous testing to ensure they provide optimal flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, offering formidable resistance where it matters most.
For our sidewalls measuring 120mm and above, standard incorporation of special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations is provided, though smaller sidewalls can also be fabricated with this feature upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION
