Fabric & Cord Pre-Treatment
Reinforcement materials (EP fabric or steel cords) are coated with adhesion compounds for better bonding.
Calendering & Layering
Rubber sheets are calendered and combined with reinforcement layers to form the belt structure.
Assembly & Pressing
The belt layers are precisely aligned and pressed under high pressure and temperature for uniform bonding.
Vulcanization
The belt undergoes vulcanization to enhance strength, flexibility, and wear resistance.
Edge Cutting & Finishing
The belt edges are cut to the required width, with options for cut edges or moulded edges.
Quality Inspection
Tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and dimensional accuracy are tested to meet international standards.
Packaging & Storage
Finished belts are rolled, packed, and stored under controlled conditions before shipment.
