SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Key features: Sidewalls can be securely pressed from both sides when affixed to the base belt, elevating bond strength and security. The inclusion of diagonal fabric inserts delivers remarkable tear resistance and flexibility, facilitating effortless flexing. Our rigorously tested rubber compounds ensure optimal flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, providing formidable resistance where it matters most.
Our standard configuration for sidewalls of 120mm and above includes special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations, offering enhanced durability. However, for smaller sidewalls, this feature can be custom-fabricated upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design is meticulously crafted to ensure peak performance. With C-type and TC-type designs, they maximize conveying capacity and self-cleaning efficiency.
