SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

The design allows for optimal compression, ensuring effortless inner movement around small radii.

A standout feature is the robust sidewall bonding from both sides when applied to the base belt, yielding superior bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion offers outstanding tear resistance and enhanced flexibility. Our rubber compounds are meticulously tested for maximum flexibility, formidable abrasion resistance, and high tensile strength, offering additional resilience where necessary.
Sidewalls of 120mm and larger boast specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement as a standard in the corrugations. This feature can also be applied to smaller sidewalls upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design is a testament to engineering excellence, ensuring top-tier performance. The C-type and TC-type cleat designs maximize conveying capacity and feature excellent self-cleaning properties. Produced through an advanced molding process using specially developed rubber, our cleats attain remarkable stiffness and impact resistance. They retain their shape even under heavy loads, thanks to a unique rubber formula that enhances their durability, preventing deformation from prolonged stress.
 

For optimal performance in conveying operations, when the angle is below 40 degrees, our cleat design typically employs the T type. However, for angles exceeding 40 degrees, the cleat options expand to C type, TC type, or TCS type, ensuring exceptional adaptability and efficiency.

To achieve precise alignment and seamless integration, fine-tuning the cleat distance is essential. This adjustment must take into account the harmonization with the sidewall wave crest, as well as the compatibility with the side bolt, to guarantee optimal performance in demanding applications.
