SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

At GRAND RUBBER, our sidewalls boast the latest design innovations and manufacturing techniques. They ensure maximum flexing without fatigue, offering excellent vertical stability for load retention and return side support.

The sidewalls are engineered for high compression, allowing smooth inner deflection around small radii. This design feature allows the sidewalls to be pressed from both sides during application, significantly enhancing bond strength and security.
For sizes 120mm and larger, our sidewalls incorporate special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature. This reinforcement is available for smaller sidewalls upon request, ensuring superior tear resistance and flexibility.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design is synonymous with outstanding performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats are engineered to deliver maximum conveying capacity and superior self-cleaning capabilities. Produced using an advanced molding process, these cleats are made from specially developed rubber materials, ensuring high stiffness and impact resistance.
 

For optimal performance in varying conditions, our Custom Fabric Sidewall Conveyor Belt offers flexibility with cleat types tailored to your needs. For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, we recommend using the T-type cleat to ensure efficient material handling. However, when your operation requires handling at angles greater than 40 degrees, our C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats provide the necessary grip and stability, enhancing your industrial performance.

To ensure precision and efficiency in your conveying operations, it's crucial to fine-tune the cleat distance thoughtfully. This adjustment should take into account its alignment with the sidewall wave crest and the side bolt, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
