SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Our sidewalls showcase cutting-edge design and manufacturing expertise, providing maximum flexing capacity without succumbing to fatigue. The profile ensures vertical stability for load retention and excellent support during return.

Featuring high compression capability, our sidewalls facilitate smooth inner deflection around small radii. Bonding is enhanced through pressing from both sides, while diagonal fabric insertion offers remarkable tear resistance and flexibility.
For sidewalls 120mm and above, diagonal fabric reinforcement is standard, while smaller sidewalls can be customized with this feature as needed.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our meticulously designed cleats guarantee superior performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats optimize conveying capacity with self-cleaning properties. Using advanced molding techniques, our cleats possess high stiffness and impact resistance, maintaining form even under high-density loads.
 

When handling materials at an angle less than 40 degrees, our conveyor belts come equipped with a robust T-type cleat, optimizing efficiency and stability. For applications where the angle exceeds 40 degrees, our designs incorporate advanced C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats.
