PRODUCT FEATURES

The belt is designed for steep incline conveying, ranging from 0 to an ambitious 90 degrees. It eliminates transfer points and prevents spillage, even with the steepest angles, ensuring maximum utilization of your space.
This superior product requires minimal maintenance and promises an extended belt life, while accommodating a wide array of materials.

Sidewall belts are engineered for tensile strength and abrasion resistance. They must possess adequate cross rigidity and flexibility along the length to meet deflection requirements.
Our specially designed base belt with cross rigidity addresses issues of belt deformation, adhering to stringent international standards.

SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Our cutting-edge sidewalls incorporate the latest design philosophies and manufacturing advancements. The sidewall design supports maximum flexing without fatigue, maintaining superb vertical stability for load retention and return support.

A key design innovation allows sidewalls to be pressed from both sides when applied to the base belt, significantly enhancing bond strength and security. Diagonal fabric insertion ensures excellent tear resistance while facilitating greater flex.
Our sidewalls, especially those 120mm and above, feature diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations, available for smaller sizes upon request.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat designs guarantee peak performance, with C-type and TC-type configurations delivering maximum conveying capacity and superior self-cleaning properties. Crafted through a molding process with specially developed rubber, they ensure substantial stiffness and robust impact resistance, maintaining form even under heavy loads.
 

When transporting materials at an angle of less than 40 degrees, the system is usually equipped with a T-type cleat. However, when the conveying angle exceeds 40 degrees, a more robust cleat is required, such as C type, TC type, or TCS type, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

For precise customization, it is essential to finely adjust the distance between cleats, taking into account their alignment with the sidewall wave crest and the side bolt. This careful consideration guarantees seamless operation and enhanced efficiency in material handling.
