Our sidewalls are crafted with cutting-edge design innovations and advanced manufacturing techniques. Main Technical Parameters
The innovative cleat design ensures unparalleled performance, with both C-type and TC-type cleats delivering maximum conveying capacity alongside superior self-cleaning properties. The cleats are engineered using an advanced molding process and are crafted with specially formulated rubber materials that offer exceptional stiffness and robust impact resistance. This meticulous design effectively prevents deformation, even under the stress of transporting high-density materials.
The exclusive rubber formula significantly enhances the cleat's stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring it endures prolonged stress without compromising its shape.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are generally implemented; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are typically chosen. The cleats' spacing should be finely tuned to match the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
