Sidewall Range

 

Our sidewalls represent the latest in design ideas and manufacturing techniques. The sidewall design ensures maximum flexing without fatigue, excellent vertical stability for load retention, and return side support. The design allows for high compression to ensure smooth inner deflection around small radii. Sidewalls can be pressed from both sides when applied to the base belt for higher bond strengths and security. The fabric insertion is of the diagonal type for excellent tear resistance and flexibility. Rubber compounds used provide high abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and additional resistances where needed.

 

Our sidewalls type 120mm and higher have special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations as standard. Smaller sidewalls can have this feature upon request. Pulley diameter is limited to ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. Consult for specific specifications if a larger pulley diameter is required due to special coating rubber grades and strength differences.

CLEAT RANGE

 

The cleat range from Qingdao Grand Rubbers Co., Ltd is designed for optimal performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats offer maximum conveying capacity and excellent self-cleaning properties. Made using a molding process with specially developed rubber materials, these cleats are stiff, highly impact-resistant, and resistant to deformation even with heavy materials.

 

The unique rubber formula of the cleats ensures stiffness and enhanced impact resistance, preventing deformation under long-term stress. When the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are recommended; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are suitable. Fine adjustment of cleat distance should consider alignment with the sidewall wave crest and the side bolt.
