SIDEWALL RANGE
Our sidewalls incorporate the latest design innovations and advanced manufacturing techniques. The design ensures maximum flexibility without fatigue, offering excellent vertical stability for load retention and return side support. It is engineered to withstand high compression, enabling smooth deflection around small radii.
One key feature is that the sidewalls are pressed from both sides during attachment to the base belt, resulting in significantly higher bond strength and greater security. The diagonal fabric insertion enhances tear resistance and allows for improved flexing.
The rubber compounds used are carefully selected and tested to ensure optimal flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, providing additional durability and resistance where necessary.
Main Technical Parameters
The cleat design ensures optimal performance, with both C-type and TC-type cleats offering maximum conveying capacity and excellent self-cleaning properties. The cleats are produced using a molding process and feature specially developed rubber materials that provide high stiffness and strong impact resistance. This design prevents deformation even when conveying high-density materials.
The unique rubber formula enhances the cleat's stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring it withstands long-term stress without losing its shape.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are generally used; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are typically selected. The distance between the cleats should be finely adjusted to correspond with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts for optimal performance.
