Production Process

Rubber Conveyor Belts Production Process

1. Mixing: The initial step involves mixing the rubber.


2. Calendering: This process completes fabric coating, cover sheeting, and bonding of the belt carcass and covering sheet.


3. Laminating: Neatly adhering multiple layers of the belt together longitudinally, adding edge rubber on both sides, and covering rubber on the top and bottom to create a belt blank.


4. Vulcanising: Rubber vulcanization is a crucial procedure in the manufacturing process.


5. Inspecting/Packing: The final step involves testing the finished belt
