Product Classification
According to the pattern shape, it can be divided into: chevron shaped, opening V-shaped , closing V-shaped, U-shaped, multi-V or other complex pattern structure.
The height of the pattern is 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 17mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm. The belt width is 300-1600 mm. The pattern shape can be specially designed according to customer's requirement.
Product Use
It is widely used in powder, granule and small material transportation of 16-45 degree dip angle, and can also be used to transport packaging materials, it is suitable for the fields of coal, mine, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, etc.
Performance
Chevron belt is used for materials conveying which angles are so steep that can prevent materials from falling or retreating.
This belt has the good advantages of great flexibility and long working time.
Classification
According to different chevron type, we can provide Open V Type, Closed V Type, L Type, U Type, T Type, Multi-V and so on,
other types is also available, we can produce according to customer's requirements.
