SIDEWALL RANGE

One key feature is that the sidewalls are pressed from both sides during attachment to the base belt, yielding exceptional bond strength and enhanced security. The diagonal fabric insertion enhances tear resistance and facilitates superior flexing.
The rubber compounds used are meticulously chosen and rigorously tested to guarantee optimal flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, delivering enhanced durability and resilience wherever needed.
Main Technical Parameters
The cleat design ensures optimal performance, with both C-type and TC-type cleats offering maximum conveying capacity and excellent self-cleaning properties. The cleats are crafted through a molding process and boast specially developed rubber materials that deliver exceptional stiffness and robust impact resistance. This innovative design prevents deformation even under the stress of transporting high-density materials.
The unique rubber formula enhances the cleat's rigidity and impact durability, ensuring it maintains its shape and functionality under extended stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are generally used; for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are typically chosen. The spacing between the cleats should be precisely calibrated to align with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring peak operational performance.
