Our sidewalls, measuring 120mm and above, are equipped with specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature. This superior reinforcement can also be incorporated into smaller sidewalls as required.
The above pulley diameter is limited to ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. Should you require a special grade of coating rubber or different strength specifications, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. Cleat Range
Our cleat design is engineered for optimal performance, with C-type and TC-type cleats offering maximum conveying capacity and exceptional self-cleaning capabilities. Manufactured through a precise molding process, the cleats are crafted from specially developed rubber materials, ensuring large stiffness and robust impact resistance. Even under the stress of higher-density materials, our cleats maintain their shape and integrity. The unique rubber formula further enhances stiffness and impact resistance, safeguarding against deformation even with prolonged use.
When the conveying angle is less than 40 degrees, the cleat is generally T type; when the angle exceeds 40 degrees, it is typically C type, TC type, or TCS type. Fine adjustment of cleat spacing must account for alignment with the sidewall wave crest, while the side bolt fastening device, compatible with various cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage and accumulation of residues at unloading points.
