The pulley diameter specified above is tailored to standard-grade coatings and typical rubber thickness. For special-grade coatings or varying strengths, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. We recommend consulting us to determine the precise specifications tailored to your needs.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design promises exceptional performance. With C-type and TC-type configurations, the cleats are engineered for maximum conveying capacity and superior self-cleaning capabilities. The molding process, combined with specially formulated rubber materials, results in cleats with outstanding stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring they retain shape even when handling higher density materials. The unique rubber formulation enhances cleat rigidity and impact resistance, effectively preventing deformation attributed to prolonged stress.
For conveying angles under 40 degrees, the cleat is typically T type. For angles exceeding 40 degrees, C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats are preferred. Precise adjustments to cleat spacing must consider alignment with the sidewall wave crest. The matching side bolt fastening mechanism, adapted to various cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage from cleat gaps, avoiding the accumulation of dead ends.
