SIDEWALL RANGE
The GRAND RUBBER sidewalls embody cutting-edge design concepts and manufacturing excellence. This innovative design ensures maximum flexing with minimal fatigue, while maintaining superb vertical stability for load retention and return side support. The design also allows for enhanced compression to facilitate smooth deflection around tight curves.
One remarkable design element is the ability to press sidewalls from both sides during base belt application. This results in significantly higher bond strengths and enhanced security. The diagonal fabric insertion offers outstanding tear resistance and greater flexing capability. Tested rubber compounds guarantee maximum flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and exceptional tensile strength, offering additional resistances where required.
Our sidewalls of 120mm or greater feature special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations standardly, with this feature available for smaller sidewalls upon request.
CLEAT RANGE
The cleat design is optimized for peak performance. Our C-type and TC-type cleats are engineered to deliver maximum conveying capacity and offer excellent self-cleaning capabilities. The cleats are produced using a molding process and specially formulated rubber materials that provide high stiffness and impressive impact resistance, ensuring they maintain their shape even under the load of high-density materials. The unique rubber formula is designed to enhance stiffness while boosting the cleat's resistance to deformation under long-term stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, the cleat is typically T type; for angles greater than 40 degrees, the C type, TC type, or TCS type cleat is usually preferred.
Fine-tuning the cleat distance is essential, ensuring alignment with the sidewall wave crest and securing the side bolt.
