Our sidewalls, particularly types of 120mm and larger, are fortified with special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations as a standard feature. For smaller sidewalls, this can be customized to meet requirements.
The diameter for above pulley is subject to standard grade and coating rubber thickness. For unique coating rubber grades and strength levels, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. Please contact us for detailed specifications.
Cleat Range
The cleat design is crafted for optimal performance, with C-type and TC-type configurations delivering maximum conveying capacity and excellent self-cleaning properties. Utilizing a state-of-the-art molding process, our cleats are made from specially formulated rubber materials that provide significant stiffness and robust impact resistance. Even when handling denser materials, these cleats maintain their form without deformation. With a distinctive rubber composition, the cleat remains rigid and its impact resistance is significantly heightened, effectively preventing deformation from prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, cleats are typically T-type; for angles above 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are generally used. Precision in cleat distance adjustment is paramount to align with the sidewall wave crest. The matched side bolt fastening system for various cleat types effectively prevents material leakage and accumulation at dead ends.
