MAIN RUBBER TYPES
We provide a variety of rubber types including Normal Standard, High Abrasion Resistant, Moderate Oil Resistant, Heat Resistant up to 120°C, 150°C, and even High Heat Resistant up to 180°C. Additionally, our Flame Retardant (Self-extinguishing) rubber is available, with other bespoke options upon request.

The carefully selected and rigorously tested rubber compounds ensure optimal flexibility, along with high abrasion resistance, and superior tensile strength, offering unmatched durability and resistance where essential.
Main Technical Parameters
The ingenious cleat design guarantees unparalleled performance by employing both C-type and TC-type cleats. They ensure a superior conveying capacity and boast remarkable self-cleaning capabilities. These cleats are crafted through an advanced molding process and utilize specially formulated rubber materials known for their exceptional stiffness and robust impact resistance. This design is engineered to maintain its form even when transporting high-density materials.
The exclusive rubber formula significantly bolsters the cleat's rigidity and impact endurance, enabling it to endure prolonged stress without any loss of integrity.
For conveying inclines less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are customarily employed; whereas for inclines exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, and TCS-type cleats are typically preferred. The spacing between cleats should be meticulously calibrated to align with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring peak operational efficiency.
