SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

GRAND RUBBER sidewalls showcase cutting-edge design concepts and advanced manufacturing methods. Our sidewall design maximizes flexing capacity without fatigue, offering exceptional vertical stability for load retention and return-side support. Engineered for high compression, it ensures smooth inner deflection even around tight radii.

A unique design allows sidewalls to be pressed from both sides during application to the base belt, enhancing bond strength and security. The diagonal fabric insertion provides excellent tear resistance, while allowing enhanced flexing. The rubber compounds are rigorously tested for peak flexibility, abrasion resistance, and tensile strength, offering additional specific resistances as required.
Our sidewalls of 120mm and above come standard with special diagonal fabric reinforcement in corrugations, with the option for smaller sidewalls to include this feature when needed.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Cleverly designed cleats ensure optimal performance. The C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity with superior self-cleaning capabilities. Produced via a specialized molding process, our cleats are crafted from advanced rubber materials, yielding high stiffness and impact resistance. They remain resilient against deformation, even under high-density material transport. The unique rubber formula is tailored for rigidity and impact resistance, ensuring the cleat's durability against long-term stress.
 

For conveying angles under 40 degrees, the cleat usually adopts a T-type design for optimal performance. When the angle exceeds 40 degrees, more robust cleat configurations such as C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type are preferred to ensure stability and efficiency in transport operations.

Precisely adjusting the distance between cleats requires careful consideration of its alignment with the sidewall wave crest and the positioning of the side bolt, ensuring seamless operation and enhanced performance of the conveyor belt.
