Our sidewalls, starting from the 120mm size, are reinforced with special diagonal fabric in the corrugations as a standard feature. Smaller sidewalls can also include this enhancement if required.
Please note, the pulley diameter mentioned corresponds to ordinary-grade and standard coating rubber thickness. Variations in coating rubber's special grade or strength may necessitate a larger pulley diameter. For precise specifications, please consult our experts.
Cleat Range
Engineered for excellence, the cleat design ensures superior performance. Our C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity while offering excellent self-cleaning attributes. Produced via a sophisticated molding process, these cleats are constructed from specially developed rubber materials, resulting in high stiffness and formidable impact resistance. This prevents deformation, even under heavy loads of dense materials. The unique rubber formulation renders the cleats rigid, significantly enhancing impact resistance and maintaining shape despite prolonged stress.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are usually employed. For angles exceeding 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are more suitable. Precise cleat distance adjustments should align with the sidewall wave crest. The side bolt fastening device, customized for various cleat types, prevents material leakage and accumulation by securing the spaces between cleats.
