Heat resistant conveyor belts are chiefly utilized in fields like metallurgy, cement, casting, electric power, building materials, and the chemical industry. Their main function is to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, steel castings, and cement clinker.
Product Classification
By using temperature:
Grade 1: T1, with a test temperature tolerance of no more than 100 ºC.
Grade 2: T2, able to withstand a test temperature of no more than 125 ºC.
Grade 3: T3, with a tolerance for test temperatures up to 150 ºC.
Grade 4: T4, capable of withstanding test temperatures of no more than 180 ºC.
Grade 5: T5, with a test temperature tolerance of no more than 250 ºC.
Grade 6: T6, able to endure test temperatures of no more than 400 ºC.
Product Features
The strength material of GRAND RUBBER heat resistant belt is EP fabric of high modulus and low shrinkage. The cover compound is made up of modified SBR or EPDM. This gives the belt good thermal stability and allows it to be widely used to carry hot materials with surface temperatures ranging from 100 - 400ºC in industries like steel plants, cement, and coke glass plants.
