Its structure consists of the following key components:
Cover Rubber - The outer layer is made of high-quality rubber with excellent abrasion, impact, and weather resistance. It can be customized for heat, oil, flame, or cold resistance based on operational requirements.
Steel Cord Reinforcement - The core of the belt consists of high-tensile steel cords arranged in a parallel structure. These cords provide superior tensile strength, ensuring minimal elongation and high impact resistance, making it ideal for transporting heavy materials over long distances.
Intermediate Rubber Layer - This bonding layer ensures a strong adhesion between the steel cords and the top/bottom cover rubber, preventing separation and enhancing durability.
Bottom Cover Rubber - The lower layer is designed to withstand wear from pulleys and rollers, improving the belt's lifespan and operational efficiency.
Edge Reinforcement (Optional) - Additional edge sealing or reinforced sidewalls can be added to prevent material spillage and enhance belt stability in specific applications.
