Sidewalls of type 120mm and above are designed with special diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations, a standard feature that enhances durability. However, this reinforcement can also be applied to smaller sidewalls on request, ensuring adaptability and resilience across various applications.
Please be advised that the above pulley diameter specifications are limited to ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. For variations in coating rubber grade and strength, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. We recommend consulting with us for precise specifications tailored to your requirements.
Cleat Range
Our cleats are engineered for exceptional performance, with the C-type and TC-type designs offering maximum conveying capacity and superior self-cleaning capabilities. Manufactured through an advanced molding process and utilizing specially developed rubber materials, these cleats exhibit remarkable stiffness and impact resistance, maintaining their shape even under the load of denser materials. The cleat's unique rubber formula is crafted to bolster stiffness and impact resistance, ensuring long-term durability and preventing deformation due to prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, T-type cleats are typically utilized. When angles exceed 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are preferred. It is essential to finely adjust the cleat distance to correspond with the sidewall wave crest. Our side bolt fastening device, compatible with different cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage and the accumulation of dead ends, ensuring efficient and smooth operation.
