Our sidewalls, starting from the 120mm type, come standard with special diagonal fabric reinforcement in corrugations, ensuring durability and stability. However, even smaller sidewalls can be customized with this feature based on specific requirements, providing tailored reinforcement when needed.
Note that the above pulley diameter is limited to ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. In cases where a special grade of coating rubber and varying strength requirements are present, a larger pulley diameter may be necessary. For precise specifications, please reach out for consultation to accommodate your specific needs.
Cleat Range
Our cleat design is a testament to performance optimization. The C-type and TC-type cleats are engineered to maximize conveying capacity while exhibiting excellent self-cleaning properties. Manufactured using a sophisticated molding process, these cleats boast significant stiffness and exceptional impact resistance, maintaining their form even under heavy load conditions. The specially formulated rubber used in the cleats enhances stiffness further, bolstering impact resistance to prevent deformation over prolonged stress exposure.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, the standard cleat is T type; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats are recommended. Fine-tuning the cleat distance is crucial to maintaining alignment with the sidewall wave crest, and the side bolt fastening device, compatible with various cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage through gaps, thus eliminating the risk of dead-end material accumulation.
