Our sidewalls, starting from 120mm and above, come with specialized diagonal fabric reinforcement within the corrugations as a standard feature. However, this advanced reinforcement can also be incorporated into smaller sidewalls upon request.
The listed pulley diameter corresponds to ordinary grade and standard coating rubber thickness. When opting for special-grade coating rubber and varying strengths, a larger pulley diameter might be necessary. We invite you to consult us for detailed specifications tailored to your needs.
Cleat Range
The cleat design epitomizes optimal performance. Whether it's the C-type or TC-type cleat, both are engineered to maximize conveying capacity while boasting excellent self-cleaning properties. Manufactured using a precise molding process, the cleats are crafted from specially developed rubber materials, ensuring high stiffness and remarkable impact resistance. These cleats retain their shape even when handling materials with greater density. The unique rubber formulation not only enhances stiffness but also bolsters impact resistance, preventing deformation due to prolonged stress.
For conveying angles below 40 degrees, the cleat is typically T type; for angles exceeding 40 degrees, C type, TC type, or TCS type cleats are recommended. Fine-tuning the cleat distance requires careful alignment with the sidewall wave crest. A side bolt fastening device, compatible with various cleat types, effectively prevents material leakage and eliminates the risk of dead-end accumulation.
