Structure

Steel cord conveyor belt is composed of an upper covering layer, lower covering layer, steel wire rope, adhesive layer, and side glue.

Steel cord conveyor belt has the characteristics of high tensile strength, impact resistance, good elasticity, high wear resistance, small use elongation, good adhesion between rubber and steel wire rope, even tension of steel wire rope, good slotting performance, etc. it is suitable for conveying massive, granular and powdery materials in high-strength, long-distance and large traffic situations.
